Firm History
Weinrich Immigration Law will continue the legacy since 1999 built by the attorneys and staff of the firm to guide and support our clients as they navigate the complex and challenging U.S. immigration system. We remain committed to assisting businesses, families, and individuals with their immigration needs.
A. Carin Weinrich has been with the firm since 2004. She has practiced immigration law for more than 25 years at boutique immigration firms and in-house at a technology company. Her focus is on both employment and family-based immigration. In addition, she assists new and existing clients apply for citizenship. She has held leadership positions with the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) at the national and state levels, and also shares her knowledge of complex immigration issues through speaking at legal education seminars.
The firm’s founder, Paul Soreff practiced immigration law for over 35 years, and he has recently retired. Paul started Citizenship Day in Washington State. It is an innovative program where lawyers, paralegals, and members of the community throughout Washington State volunteer their time to assist lawful permanent residents apply to become U.S. citizens.
The firm, as a whole and individually, continue to volunteer at Citizenship Days, organized by AILA-WA and the Washington New Americans Program.
